These terms apply to the English-language pages of ribair.com, operated by Dóczi Barna EV. They are a summary for English-speaking visitors; they do not replace the Hungarian General Terms and Conditions, which govern every purchase made through this website.

HOW TO BUY

Which route applies depends on the delivery address, not on the language you browse in.

Delivery within Hungary. You can order directly through this website, in English as well. These purchases are governed by the Hungarian General Terms and Conditions and by Hungarian law: the ordering process, payment methods, delivery, right of withdrawal and warranty terms are set out there. Prices are charged in Hungarian forints and the invoice is issued in Hungary. If anything in the Hungarian document is unclear, write to us and we will explain it in English before you order.

Delivery outside Hungary. We do not ship abroad from this website. International orders are fulfilled through our Amazon storefront, where the contract is concluded with the buyer under Amazon’s terms of sale, and Amazon’s ordering, payment, delivery, returns and dispute resolution rules apply.

For fleet orders, OEM cooperation, reseller enquiries or a boat-specific configuration — in Hungary or abroad — please contact us directly and we will provide an individual quote.

PRICES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Prices shown on this website are indicative, are given in Hungarian forints and include VAT, but do not include delivery costs. Product data, specifications and images are for information purposes; we reserve the right to make technical changes. Where a price is obviously incorrect due to a system error, we are not obliged to supply the product at that price.

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

We provide a full replacement warranty on the products we sell; the exact terms are set out at the time of purchase. Service and spare-part support is available in Hungary, and the warranty is also valid for purchases made from abroad. For purchases made through Amazon, Amazon’s returns policy applies in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims start by contacting us with a description of the fault. Consumers buying for delivery within Hungary also have the statutory guarantee and warranty rights set out in the Hungarian General Terms and Conditions.

COMPLAINTS

Please send any complaint about a product or about our activity to info@ribair.com, or by post to Alsóújsor 4, 8412 Veszprém, Hungary. We investigate written complaints and reply on the merits within thirty days. Consumers may also turn to the conciliation board with jurisdiction over their place of residence, or use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
